Ave Maria University - Early College Program (exclusive partnership with Chesterton schools)

Ave Maria’s early college program is a flexible, fully online program that allows Chesterton Academy students to earn transferable college credit through an authentically Catholic university. This summer’s course is ECON 202 -Microeconcomics, and your student can earn 4 college credits. This fully online program costs $600 and runs June 8 - July 1. Registration for Summer 2026 is open and closes on May 25.

Christendom College - Opportunities for Chesterton Juniors and Seniors

Seniors:

Graduates of any school from the Chesterton Schools Network will automatically qualify for the $16,000 Chesterton Scholarship at Christendom. This is an exclusive four-year renewable scholarship offered at the rate of $4,000 a year to all Chesterton graduates upon acceptance to Christendom. Interested seniors are encouraged to apply to Christendom College by the March 1 Regular Application Deadline here.

Juniors:

For juniors, Christendom offers a Summer program called “The Best Week Ever”. This week-long camp offers participants a unique educational, cultural, spiritual, and fun-filled experience. The normal all-inclusive cost is $600, but Chesterton juniors can enjoy a life-changing week at %50 off for only $300 by entering the code CHESTERTON50 when applying.

Five one-week sessions are available in Summer 2026. The Early Bird application is available from November 1 through December 1 1. Each year, there is a long waiting list and sessions fill up very quickly. So, interested students are encouraged to apply during the Early Bird window to increase their chances of avoiding the waiting list. You can learn more and apply here.

Scholarships for Scholars

Scholarships for Scholars is a nonprofit organization dedicated to recognizing and rewarding academic excellence by awarding merit-based scholarships to graduating high school students in Anne Arundel County. Scholarship applications are open October 15 - February 3. You can view the list of scholarships available and apply here.
